"5 weeks prior to my wedding date, the company emailed me to cancel my reservation because the owner had kitchen renovations that were going to go longer than expected. I completely understand renovations going longer in today's climate, but the company didn't even call me or try to help me find another property within their management. Properties book very fast for Hilton Head and all they had for me was a written "sorry for the inconvenience". Very poor customer service. I will avoid using them in the future and would not recommend."
