"There's a fun atmosphere when the music is up and the place is a little full. And the young people on staff, all the ones I've come in contact with in the past couple of months, are super. Polite and respectful, with happy attitudes. Esp Ava, Jenna, Mason, Grayson, and Bowie. It's really hard to find a staff like this anywhere. It's honestly a pleasure chilling and having a brew here. It was ok a while back. But this crew is really great. Only reason I gave 4 stars is, I wish their coffee was good bit hotter."

"I had the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had at this location. They made a bad drink…no big deal it happens. Apparently not at this location because everyone is perfect. They literally said because my cup didn’t have some type of sticker I couldn’t return it. I didn’t mind paying for another one, but the kicker is the manager on duty who was rude and insulting. He/she insinuated I was lying because of a sticker or lack there of and said it was impossible that my drink “wasn’t good”. I’ll travel a little further to get better customer service and give my money to a store that appreciates it. Do better Duncan Starbucks."

"I’m sure this location(duncan,SC) is trying to be efficient for their mobile customers, as they are always very busy. BUT you have lost customer service for in store orders. If you have a question they will fuss at you for talking to barista and not asking their “leadboss”. I understand having procedures and I apologized. Maybe have a person for your in store customers. There were quite a few us too. The girls at cash register we very nice."

"Worst starbucks on the east coast. Been going there for 11 months. Give you whatever coffee they have ready. And think that i can't tell the difference in taste. Then they lie and tell you Starbucks don't carry veranda blonde coffee. It's been discontinued. Just go the other 10 min to dif location and get what you want. No sense in paying the rediculous price to get a coffee that you don't like."
