"Coffee consistently has curdled cream. They try to pass it off as the creamer is just frozen, yet it never melts. It seems to me they aren't cleaning the creamer machine properly and some residual chunks always make it to my coffee."

"I have been craving maple glazed donuts from Dunkin all night while I was at work. So I decided to make a stop at the location at 1520 Main St. in Duncan South Carolina to get my fix. I ordered a small black coffee a four maple glaze donuts.. When the young lady handed me the bag it was wet and my coffee lid wasn’t all the way on and the coffee was dripping out the side. All 4 donuts were cold, and the maple glaze was liquefied to the point that the bag is wet. They arent edible. I decided to park my truck and go inside and ask for them to give some different donuts that weren’t cold and sloppy. But of course the dining room was closed. I wasted over $10 and most of all my time. I am very disappointed."
