"After reading reviews I was a little anxious about staying at this location and having issues with cleanliness as it is pet friendly. Let me just say I'm glad I took the chance and booked two rooms for two nights. Both rooms were impeccable! We stayed in rooms 314 & 316 which were close to the elevator and super quiet the entire weekend. The entire staff were always super friendly and helpful and breakfast each morning was fully stocked. I was also appreciative of the complementary washers and dryers (brought detergent from home) after a long, muddy day at the rugby fields. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely be staying at this location again."

"We had a great stay at this location. Staff was extremely friendly and always greeted us when coming through. The room was huge and fit our family. Good breakfast. Convenient location. Room had a slight pet smell, but I guess that happens when hotel is pet friendly."

"Imagine this, it's your wedding weekend. Flights are delayed. You book a hotel but then you get stuck in another city because the flight is cancelled. You speak to Kim, the manager, and she shows no compassion or sympathy. We booked the hotel using points. They will return the points but will charge the room cost because it's a late cancellation. And Kim REFUSED to tell us the cost. Told us we will see it on our bill. How is that the response to a DIAMOND member who has been using Hilton hotels exclusively. Actually, how is that acceptable response to any customer. Before you stay here, consider what kind of service you are wanting. Do not book this hotel. Go find another Hilton with better service and better human beings. Edit: Kim - we made the reservation and had to cancel. You are the only "Hilton" hotel that did not refund us do to our circumstances. And you are right. I used profanity AFTER you refused to tell us the cost, and asking multiple times. You're right I got frustrated because you wouldn't give us the information we asked for. Funny how you leave that out. Looking at the reviews that mention your name you can see that you do not take responsibility for running your business. We took it up with corporate, reported you and all the complaints you've received on Google for your failure to provide adequate customer service. Corporate is refunding us because we are a VALUED Diamond member, with that does come special perks because we are loyal and spend thousands of dollars a year. Corporate took care of the situation, they did the right thing. You will see. If you continue to run your business like this, you will fail Members of hotels deserve special circumstances. Airlines do the same. Your argument is flawed."

"The staff was friendly and helpful, unfortunately my room was not cleaned well and it was pet hair everywhere. I didn't realize it was pet hair until my allergies started bothering me, but I didn't report it because my daughter was sleep for the night and we were checking out in the morning. I did report it upon check out and she apologized for the inconvenience and added some points to my Hilton Honors acct. The complimentary breakfast was nice, I made my daughter chocolate chip waffle while I enjoyed a bagel with cream cheese. Overall I would stay again it was convenient to getting downtown and definitely a better price than staying and the heart of downtown."
