"I had read prior reviews about the pool heater being out and I should have just called before booking as of course it was out the whole weekend. I have a feeling this might be an ongoing thing here. Huge bummer when you bring a kid there with the promise of swimming. On the positive, the room was very clean, we enjoyed the breakfast options and the location was nice."

"I was not impressed with this hotel. Reasons: The staff was not friendly or helpful. They had an aloof way about them. The room was fair. The view from our suite ($330 a night two queen suite) was terrible as we overlooked the roof of the lower part of the hotel. Really lame! Pic of view in review. The room was showing some wear and was not impressive. The hotel also charges a $8.07 fee called "destination marketing fee". We wont be back."

"It's a convenient downtown location with the style and comfort of a Hilton property. Walkable to many downtown destinations. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast options are plentiful, coffee readily available. Indoor saltwater pool a bonus(aside from broken heater this visit when a necessity), fitness room well outfitted but compact. We would stay again."

"Really a perfect location and nice hotel. Get a balcony but as high up as possible. Roof top restaurant is fun. Evening reception is a treat (snacks are poor but the drinks are good). Breakfast omelettes get a thumbs up. This may now be #1 in Greenville."

"My wife and I had our rehearsal dinner in the corner banquet room and it was flawless. Big thanks to everyone involved who helped put it together. Samantha, Kendall, Jeannette and everyone who helped served food and drinks. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Besides the dinner we got a room for 3 nights along with friends and family for the wedding and the place is immaculate. Loved the cocktail hour down in the lounge and up on the roof never misses. Will be back!"
