"We had to switch rooms since the received did not have the sheets cleaned. The new room was completely clean and very nice. When I was checking out, I stood about 2 minutes in front of guest services with the lady staring at her screen watching Tik Toks. The CLEAN room and breakfast were the highlights."

"Would not stay here again. Stayed at another local hotel a week ago and decided to give Holiday Inn Express a try this week. Highly disappointed. Room door was hard to open - had to use added force to open and close. Bathroom door would snag on the floor. Water pressure in bathroom sink was low. Sink faucet was too close to the bowl. Shower looked ding. Sink faucet came apart multiple times. Refrigerator did not get cold at all. I put sodas in the night before and they were still warm the next morning. There was no dial inside the fridge to adjust the temp, I pulled it out from the wall and it was plugged in. For the cost of this room I was expecting much better. Will not stay here again. It was also hard to get into the location coming from the left side."

"For the price paid - definitely not worth it. I stayed at a different local hotel last week and decided to try this one this week to see if it was better. It was nowhere near better. Refrigerator didn’t get cold, sink faucet too close to the bowl, sink handle broke off multiple times, bathroom door would catch on the floor, and room door had to be opened and shut with extra force. Breakfast was good, though. Will not choose to stay here again, nevertheless."
