"My issue is with the after hours answering service. My child was seen the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and was prescribed an antibiotic that was not sent to the pharmacy. I called the after hours line who said they do not handle prescriptions and to call back on Friday. I called back on Friday to find the officea are not open. I explained my dilemma and he was able to help. So my daughter was without medication for two days because someone didn't know or didn't care to take care of the problem."

"I will never go back. I have been with this doctor for over 13 years and recently had the worst experience of my life. Dr. Michelle Giroux and her therapist Charlotte Bass should not be working with children. Not once were we helped for my child’s issues. It has been just a few weeks but we were able to get help outside of this office, with a professional who specializes in behavioral health. It has made a huge difference! I wish I had left sooner. Always follow your instincts. If your experience hasn’t been good it won’t get better."
