"Had a great one night stay. We spent the night as we were having an operation at the local hospital early the next morning. Only 9 minutes from Greenville Memorial Hospital. Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was very nice and clean, the stay was relatively inexpensive. Also, a good bonus was the shower had very good water pressure which can sometimes be an issue at hotels. Overall a great experience!"

"The check in was nice, I asked to see the suite and was escorted up to it, looked nice, the young lady was pleasant behind the desk. I moved my stuff in and went to the pool, that was great there was a floating mattress thing in the corner so I blew it up and layed back and enjoyed the sun, I started noticing big black ants around the pool and especially under the chairs and lounges on the sunny side of the pool, well I sat in one of the chairs and got bit by one so I started stepping on them with my flip flops, I must have killed one hundred and they just kept coming. I went upstairs to watch TV and relax but noticed I could hear the traffic on 85 and the entrance to it was right outside my window, very loud so I called to the front desk and she said no one has complained about it and told her about the carpenter ants at the pool, she said she would tell the maintenance guy in the morning. I couldn't sleep with all the traffic noise at all through the night and killed an ant in my bathroom in the middle of the night. I checked out the next morning, I had planned to stay 11 days for work here. Oh yeah and they had just put new carpet in it looked nice but smelled like chemicals really bad, so maybe after a few weeks it won't smell so bad."

"Checked in Monday mid morning, checking out today, and my room was not touched by housekeeping once. I had to request, twice, more coffee pods. Coffee, cups, linens not refreshed ever. Employees smoking in driveway outside entrance door. Carpet dirty and with holes in it. Used soap in bathtub, along with used washcloth. “Full Breakfast” with the exception of apples is over-processed, over-sugared. I have loved other Best Western hotels but this is not up to their standard. Only stayed bc family nearby."

"Very nice hotel! Room was very spacious cause I believe they put me in a suite. Nice & roomy! Very quiet which is a plus for me. Didn't eat break fast so can't comment on food. Only reason for 4 ☆'s on room was water pressure in bathroom sink was terrible. Overall, great stay!"
