"Overall, it was a great hotel. I see some wear and tear at lobby and small aircraft toilet in my room. But the location was great, and the staff were extremely friendly. There are tons of restaurants, bars and shops near the hotel. Price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The business meeting room needed some ventilation. The food was great!"

"Was in town for 2 nights on business. Upgraded room to a suite day of check in. Drove 6 hours, arrived late (10pm). Got to room. It's dirty. Floors needed seriously sweeping, trash on dining table, trash in cans from previous guests...and couch was disgusting. However, it was late, bed was clean so we went to bed. Wake up, have a full day of work, which was over at 430pm. Went to room, packed bags, went to front desk to check out and ask for a partial refund. I did not expect a big refund, as it was 5pm when I made it to the front desk, but looking for something since we were leaving early as we didn't want to stay again in a dirty room. Even a...I'm so sorry" would have sufficed. That is not what we got. We got reprimanded by Weronica for not bringing the attention to the front desk the night before so they could move our room. (We were tired, we didn't want to drag all the bags back down to front desk and wait on a reassignment).....we were told that she could not be sure that the room was really dirty since we did stay the first night. Basically I was called a liar. I won't be back. And I do not recommend."

"The hotel staff was very nice and friendly; unfortunately, the restaurant was a different story. The waitress was not very friendly, and her service was extremely slow. After receiving my food, the waitress never came back to see if I needed anything else. I had to call her over just to get another beer. Since I was the only non-white customer in the room, it made me wonder about the reason for the unfriendliness. Will not return or recommend this location."

"The lobby is quite lively and decorated with Christmas trees from the local elementary schools this time of year, many of them lovingly doted upon judging by the details. It's a very nice touch to add some character to the large lobby space. The rooms are decent, no complaints. The old fashioned part of me is iffy on barn doors anywhere, but to each their own. Everything was clean and tidy, the hotel was quiet, staff were friendly and courteous. I couldn't ask for more in a hotel."

"This place looks nice from the outside and the lobby is great with a Starbucks and roast restaurant but once you get to the rooms its a whole different story. The room was clean but the fridge was only a cooler that didn't even shut. didn't even keep my drinks cold. for as nice as this hotel is you would think there be a working fridge in my room at least. no microwave. Also I could hear all my neighbors next to me, bottom and on top of my room. conversations going on all the time. couldn't even think in my own room. i can hear everything."
