"Takeout order was messed up and missing items I called and was told someone will call me back. They also said I would be reimbursed nothing yet, food was yummy and big portions. But for the price I paid and missing items. I will have to wait to edit my review once I’m taken care of…"

"Absolutely amazing food and service and even met the Rick while there! Apps were out of this world, and we ordered just about all of them within our large group. Got the surf and turf, and the steak melted like butter, and the crab cake was the best I've ever eaten in my life. The best food and experience I've had visiting the Greenville area!"

"I've been wanting to try this place for years and finally had the opportunity to do so. Let's start with service. It's excellent. The lady at the door made me feel very welcome. My servers were Saxon and McKenzie. Saxon was cool and laid back. He was on point and checked on me regularly but not too much. McKenzie is in training and I can already see she's going to be amazing! She's attentive and has a personal side that makes you feel like she knows you from somewhere if you know what I mean. A real southern personality. I don't know how long she's in training but I'm going to ask for her as a server when I go back. Now on to the food. If you're like me and strongly dislike onions I'll warn you don't get the she-crab soup or crabcake. BUT if you don't mind onions, the she-crab soup is delicious!! It almost made me eat onions. Lol. Saxon provided a sample and it was delightful but my mind won't let me eat onions. Haha The Steaks are heavenly. The sweet tea was good for the 1st go round but not as sweet on the refill. The key lime pie is really good. The crispy friend oysters have a good taste too. The atmosphere was really nice but A manager never came by to see how my evening was which was a little weird to me at a place like this. And a tip, ask what the specials are!! I didn't know they had specials until I heard another table ask. I would have probably ordered differently had I known."

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rick Erwin's Eastside. I was blown away by the food, the service and the atmosphere. The menu features a wide variety of steak and seafood dishes. For my main course, I had the fried chicken, which was out of this world! And for dessert, I had the lemon meringue pie, which was delicious. The service at Rick Erwin's Eastside was impeccable! Our server Clayton was attentive and knowledgeable. AJ our server assistant, made sure that we had everything we needed before we could even ask! Dennis, the general manager, also checked on us several times during our meal to make sure everything was first class! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The restaurant is decorated nicely with exposed brick walls and dim lighting. The tables are well-spaced, so you can have a private conversation without feeling like you're shouting. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience at Rick Erwin's Eastside. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal!"
