"By boyfriend came to get an oil change 2 days ago( February 2, 2024 ) he set his appointment @2pm which they had a spot for online. When he got there they went on lunch. Ok cool. When they came back they made him wait another hr and when he came to check on his car they never started it. Came back today for his SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT at 5pm and the auto center was closed when their sign plus website say they don't close until 6pm. They are terribly ran here."

Com that I thought was a great deal tried to contact the one in Mount pleasant never could get through so I drove over there they close at 6 website stated 7 went back 2 days later at 5.30 they were already closed but one of the associates gave me a price of 168.00 plus tax to mount an balance 4 tires so I had Affordable Tire do it now they were great"

"The employee working the desk is extremely rude. I made an appointment after ordering tires online. They called the day of my appointment, rudely telling me that they couldn’t service the car that day. I go in the next day, the front desk employee just say “Yes?” when I walked up. They then told me that it would be hours. They service walk ins before appointments and told me it would be hours and hours before they could get to my car. Just don’t go here."
