"Walked in, to do some business. Both gentlemen were on the phone and didn’t even acknowledged I walked in. I ask him where do I need to go to exchange or replace my battery/get it tested? Still there about three more minutes the other gentleman come walk by me or I don’t know what, went back over there sat down on the phone. That’s what I knew. The struggle Is Real!!! . never again while I look for business through Parks auto parts. Horrible customer service."

"These guys actually know mechanics. Randy the manager, I met 10-12 years ago working there. He is an old car guy like me. If I have a question he is always there to assist. If you want cheap quality parts and personnel that has no real mechanical knowledge, go to a big chain store. If you want knowledgeable personnel that knows your name, go to Parks Auto, a locally owned company."
