"Ask for Tommy! Had my car in another shop for weeks while they ran me around on a diagnosis and repair. Finally got fed up and took it over to Tommy at Precision Tune. Dropped it off at 8 am, by noon he called me with a diagnosis, by 3 pm he had parts delivered and by 5:30 pm he had it ready for pick up. THE SAME DAY. What a difference an honest garage can make!"

"They stripped and cross threaded oil drain plug. At next oil change interval was informed it could not be removed therefore drain pan had to be replaced. Unwilling to compensate for the damages upon speaking with district manager. Admitted they should have discussed with us at prior service but had some “new young guys working”. Told them not to perform repairs and we would take it elsewhere. Another shop quoted price 20%+ less for now needed repairs. God speed to whoever trusts them with their vehicle."
