"We rented #53. I am very disappointed because i had to clean before we moved in. I had to wash out refrigerator before putting our food in it. A bowl and plate, in the cubboard, had dried food on them. We washed all the dishes before using them. Bedding was clean. Coffee cup cubboard needed cleaning as well as microwave and coffee pot. With dog fee for 9 pound dog, booking fee of 50.00, tax of around 45.00 and rent, we spent $620.00 for 4 nights. Location to beach was fantastic. Had to pay for most TV stations such as FOX or CNN. If the owner hadn't had our money, we wouldn't have stayed. Decided to leave a day early. This made for an expensive 3 nights stay. Other people renting units there said their units were very clean."
