"This shop is run by incompetent individuals. I took my suv.in for a fairly straightforward front bumper type repair. First they promised they would have in 2 weeks. Then it was 3 weeks than 4. One excuse after the other. In meantime I am paying for a rental car. They clearly are incompetent and I would recommend staying away"

"The worst body shop ever! They completely butchered my car. Paint overspray everywhere, charged me for a brand new window motor didn’t even replace it, paint chips on the hood, door doesn’t close properly anymore, the list goes on and on. My insurance paid them $12,000 in repairs that they did not do. They then try to send me to a different caliber to fix their mistake, but that caliber hasn’t even gotten back to me about scheduling me in. This was in may, 7 months ago! They are now sending me letters about paying the deductible threatening to send it to collections. Biggest fraud. **Edit** My husband sent you guys a long email about everything to the email you listed in your reply but no response and it’s been over a week. Since you guys obviously have no desire to fix anything, we’ll be pursuing the legal route. Worst customer service ever."

"This was the worst experience in customer service imaginable. The text messaging statuses were never accurate. When I asked about this, the shop manager said these texts were based upon an algorithm rather than the actual status of my vehicle. After a month of delays, the shop manager told me they were not qualified to work on my vehicle (2022 BMW X5). Also said that my repair consultant was not qualified to be responsible for my estimate. I was given conflicting statuses constantly. Every time I called to inquire, I was told new parts needed to be ordered. At the end, I was told all repairs had been done, and I could pick up my vehicle the following day. When I called before driving over, the new shop manager told me that they were still waiting on parts and it would be another week. I finally escalated to regional VP. He was able to get this resolved after I sent him picture/text/map proof that the shop manager had been lying about the status and location of my vehicle. The escalation got my issue resolved, after much follow-up on my part. Never again!"

Despite challenges like supply chain and auto worker strikes, they were able to get what I needed to fix the car’s bumper and get it back to me within a week.
