"I recently had body work done on my car at Regency Collision and would rate them at 4.6 out of 5. The scheduling, communication, explanations of insurance process and staff interactions were stellar at 5! The completed body work looks great! I rate at 4.6 as I was not completely satisfied with cleaning of the inside and outside of the car and there was confusion in regard to specifics of the work process. I do believe that there was an oversight and the final trim prep was not reviewed before I was called to pick up the car which certainly can happen during the busy holiday season.I have used this business previously and had no issues so I returned. Overall great experience, completed body work looks great and delightful staff. Would not hesitate to recommend!"

"I've dealt with other repair shops and I have to say that the atmosphere and the treatment here is superior by far to any others of my experience! I had an appointment for August 31st for a repair estimate! Never have I been treated as well as Regency Collision. Every single person there made a rough situation much easier by listening, helping and most of all caring. I have to say I was treated so well, I almost felt like close friends were taking care of me the whole time. Unfortunately my car was a total loss and I'm in the process of being paid and my car is being picked up by an Allstate contractor after the holiday! Regency collision gets my vote for best car body repair shop. I'd never consider going anywhere else. Ultimately as I grew up in a family owned Franchise, I know our body shop personnel could not have touched the professionalism here! That's the ultimate review, since our body shop was part of my many responsibilities at Frazier Ford, Inc. and it's faults were mine just like the positives, with the managers in that department reflected on me personally and professionally."
