"I wish I caught the name of the woman who helped me today, around 2pm on 1/15. If not for her, I would have been scammed badly. I was selling my laptop and was told by a fake eBay confirmation email to go overnight ship my laptop at Fedex. I can't believe I almost fell for that, but the worker today instead of blindly scanning my box and sending it on its way she said something seemed fishy. I explained my instructions but let her know I was honestly confused and haven't done this before. She suggested I call ebay customer support, who informed me I was being scammed. If not for that worker taking a second to stop and give her thoughts, I would have been scammed out of $1400. I want to thank her and send her a venmo. Scams are getting really advanced nowadays so everyone should slow down and be careful. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!"

"Their drivers never try to actually drop off your package. We've had repeated issues with them marking deliveries as failed when we've been home and the door tags they leave are never registered. Their customer services has a tendency to submit fake tickets to get you off the line but when you call back, they say they have no record of any tickets or claims."

"Spent the week trying to track down a parcel. Finally located and drove there to retrieve it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No one in front of me, parking is dimly lit, but enough for them I guess. No light to speak of to find their driveway at night."
