Autobell Car Wash

"I went this morning and was overall pleased. The exterior clean was great and the interior was good-not perfect but definitely satisfactory for the price. My car was full of crumbs from my toddler and the crumbs were removed lol. No complaints. The seats/dash could’ve been more thoroughly wiped but still happy for the price. The service though was amazing!! Very friendly, and efficient with the clean. I unfortunately did not catch names but was helped by two young men & a woman and they were all great. The african american man particularly went above & beyond, I had my toddler with me and he waved, made conversation with her, and brought her toys that were left in the car & vacuumed out her car seat as well. Very satisfied and will be back!!"

"Reasonably priced - staff is super friendly. Guys hustle and get you through quick. Location is great, you can hit Forsbergs ( if you are so inclined ) or a quick grocery run while they do the interior. Unfair that I'm docking them a star - our autos are usually covered in Golden Retriever hair - they don't always get all the hair. But then again, who could ?"

"Disappointing. Paid for the works, left a $10 tip (in advance because I didn’t have cash). I told one of the people I was going to pick up my in-laws, so please help me out with a thorough clean, and this is the final product. They did the interior in about 10 minutes and it shows."

"I never leave reviews for companies but this one is sad to me. I have always grown up supporting AutoBells in my home town and anywhere I’ve ever lived. I was so excited to see one come up right by my house and so conveniently on my way home from work everyday. I got a membership for about a year, but deleted it because of how underwhelmed I was by the service at this particular location. I have never been to one where the wash and clean of my vehicle was anything less than perfect, but this location consistently seemed to be doing the bare minimum or even missing huge things. I just went back for a much needed clean and of course, yet again they missed the following items: tire rims with black residue in the corners of all 4 tires, black still on spots on by trunk and inside the logo, cup holder had not even been vacuumed out and sticky residue left inside, gear shift not vacuumed out and windows not wiped down. Again I’m incredibly disappointed by this location and given the multiple other car washes going up near this location I will now be using them instead."

"Most of the staff are courteous, however, not experienced/well trained. I have the monthly membership, so I frequent this business quite regularly and usually receive less than satisfactory service. My rubber mats are never cleaned thoroughly, underneath the mats are poorly vacuumed (if at all), and crevices like in between/ underneath seats, cup holders and door panels are typically overlooked. You literally have to hover over the staff to give precise instructions, which is absurd. This is the closest car wash to my house, however, I’m beyond sacrificing quality service for convenience. This has been highly disappointing and I’m seriously considering canceling my membership and returning to In and Out Car Wash on Hwy. 17."
