Met Bert and Ethan. They were both friendly and pleasant. They plugged the hole in my tire, and checked the air pressure of all my tires. The price was lower than I expected and I was in-and-out in less than 15 minutes."

"My family and I were visiting James Island/Charleston and had a nail in our tire. I knew as a former resident, I used to bring my vehicle into Bert’s. His shop is trustworthy and very fair. Honestly, I didn’t expect for him to get me in, but in a moments notice he was able to rearrange his schedule and repair the tire. As a business owner, this is the difference between a locally-owned operation and a corporate business. I live up north now and wish I could bring his shop there with me. "I was on a road trip with my mom, we’re from MN, when my battery died and wasn’t able to jump start it. I called Bert’s Motorworks, on a Sunday, and explained my dilemma. He said that while he normally isn’t working on Sundays, he happened to be at the shop that day and happened to have the type of battery my car needed, and said to have my car towed over. So already I’m incredibly grateful, and then by the time our Uber ride dropped us off at the shop, Bert was already just about done working on my car! New battery and all. He was very easy to talk to and did great, honest work. I’d highly recommend Bert’s Motorworks!"
