"Booked load with KEYSTONE LOGISTICS. Got to the pick up at 12pm, didn't leave until 7pm = lots all of the hours possible and did not make a delivery on time because of the shipper. Broker was promising a reasonable compensation, but after this load was delivered they advised "Unfortunately, they are unwilling to pay anything additional for detention. Typically, as stated on our rate confirmation the rate for this load is all inclusive of detention pay" They paid $100 out of their pocket for me loosing one business day of work and for me sitting at the pick up for 7hrs."
