"My visit was for a recall, which went very well. An additional warranty item regarding the intermittent washers did not go well at all. The report given to me by Genesis of Hilton head stated that you could not duplicate the problem. That does not mean the problem does not exist. It most certainly does. But it only does it when rain requires the use of the wipers. I don’t know what the cause could be, but I imagine the problem is either related to the sensors. Or the software. My feeling is one or the other should’ve been addressed. The problem was reported, and basically ignored simply because your technician could not find it. Therefore, I find your lack of recognition of the problem unacceptable."

"We drove from Savannah to "Genesis" of Hilton Head to look at a GV60. When we arrived the only Genesis office was a trailer in the parking lot of Hyundai at Hilton Head. And the door to the Genesis trailer was locked. We stood outside for sometime, looked at the Genesis models in the lot. At no point did anyone approach us to ask if we needed any help. We walked into the Hyundai show room, and again not one single sales person approached us. This is the biggest issue we have, not with the car, but with service. We walked over to Audi, and the sales person approached us, answered all of our questions, showed us a few cars that we were interested in. We left the Audi dealer feeling good about the experience. Ditto with the BMW dealer in Savannah. Very helpful, answered all of our questions, showed us a few different models. Not one peep from one sales person at the "Genesis" dealer of Hilton Head, which is really a Hyundai dealer/service department. This is why we have major reservations about purchasing a Genesis."

"It was time for routine maintenance on my 2023 G70. Scheduling the appointment online was easy. Mickey Harvest was my Service Advisor. He keep me informed via text about my upcoming appointment and when a driver would pickup my vehicle. Mickey notified me, via text, when the maintenance was completed, what services were performed and when the driver would return my car. The driver was very friendly. I give 5 stars ⭐️ on the service I received."
