"If you own a Genesis and expect premium service you won't get it here. The Genesis service manager Mickey won't acknowledge you or even speak to you. Even standing right next to him. You won't be greated. You'll need to do the work and ask the questions. If you need to call them don't bother. No one answers in service. Ever. I tried 7 times even standing right in front of them. Both service advisors were on their cell phones. No one in the building will get them for you either. If they say the service manager will contact you, that won't ever happen either. They reached out to me about trading my car in, I responded asking about a Santa Cruz. Never got a response back then either. Clearly, no one here wants your business or for you to be here. You just bother them. Go elsewhere. This has been my experience 3 different times in a row. Do not recommend."
