"The staff here are always friendly and I'm in and out on my lunch break so quickly. These are things that are unheard of at any post office! I literally go out of my way to come to this one; so tired of dealing with unnecessarily nasty employees at all the rest."

"I like this location and I thought both the woman and gentlemen were extremely helpful. I had to ship something over seas and she was very instramentai in helping me fill out the customs paper and explaining the process. They're good people."

"I love this post office!! I ship many packages sometimes daily! Almost all from williamson post office. The other reviewer was right about the boss she does have a bit of an additude but she is always polite . I usually work with one of the counter people instead. Frankly they are amazing!! They do my best to help me ship the cheapest way. Things ship quickly and get where they are going! They even buy suckers out of their own pocket so the little guys can have one (my kids love this)! This store really is a gem!!! Love going here!"

"Live in Williamson for 12 years and this has become the worst post office in the entire US. The postmaster directs all the postal employees to constantly search mail going out to locals for extra charges on ALL letters and packages to bring extra revenue into her Williamson post office. I and my neighbors constantly are having our mail held for extra money. This does not even count the letters that we send out don't get to where they are supposed to go 30% of the time and its the Williamson post office. I spoke to the postmaster and she is defiant and won't explain at all the ridiculous tactics she uses. Brought some of the letters she held to another postmaster and they said what she is doing violates postal regulations but they won't help us because as they said she would try to ruin them. AVIOD WILLIAMSON NY POST OFFICE AT ALL TIMES!"
