"Try avoiding me going here as much as you can. They gave me the most difficult time trying to pick up my UPS package due to my last name change on ID even though I showed them multiple forms of proof that the package is indeed mine. Email, home address, phone number, Apt #, tracking # that MATCHED & they still refused only gave me 1/2 of my packages. What’s the point of only giving me 1 … One of the men so called “manager” lies with a straight face and claimed my second package wasn’t there when it truly was. They took pictures of ID, had multiple conversations in the back and I had to take 3 trips to get my packages. A MESS."

"I love this pharmacy and the pharmacist! They are professional and friendly. The pharmacist is patient and knowledgeable. Staying on top of his customer’s prescriptions making sure the meds don’t clash, and prescriptions refilled . Quick story, years ago, around the time the pharmacy opened, One day my daughter cut her hand very bad. After leaving the ER with a prescription for pain pills and antibiotics, it was late in the evening and Rite Aid pharmacy was just closing, I begged the pharmacist to fulfill my daughter’s prescription, who was in dire need of. The pharmacist did not show any compassion or empathy, and fill my daughter’s script. What frustrated me most was this where I filled all my prior prescription over the years. Leaving Rite Aid in a hurry to the new pharmacy, “Fairfield Pharmacy’, only to find a gentleman pulling down the gates and locking up the pharmacy. I wanted to cry, I asked him “ What time did he open up?” He responded with tthe time and asked “Why?” After explaining my situation, guess what, he opened up his pharmacy and filled my daughter’s prescription. He has been my family and myself pharmacist since then and I appreciate his business in my community!"

"Friendly atmosphere, kind and knowledgeable workers. The pharmacist Egor and his assistant make you feel welcome soon as you enter. My prescriptions are always filled on time and waiting for me to pick up or have it deliver.....and if you go regularly they even remember your name. I like that."
