"I ordered product from Walmart. Did not receive what I ordered. Sent photos and all requested information to Mr. Medical. No help. Will not order from them again. Ordering from Walmart you often get a second party involved. This is not good. Walmart was not any help with this problem. Do not order from this company."

"Someone in this company knows how to show your tracking number as shipped when in fact it has not been shipped. I placed an order 10/29/22 and somehow when it supposedly shipped it was from NC when the company is in NY. I had the package tracked myself and it was never shipped. If you want to lose your money order from Mr. Medical they’ll gladly take it."

"Absolutely horrible company to deal with and I'm guessing they re-sell medical products that were returned by other customers when they shouldn't. They messed up on my order and sent the wrong item, demanded it be returned, and are now delaying my refund for unknown reasons even though I have proof of return delivery. Stay far away from this company! Update after MM's inaccurate response: I ordered a product clearly advertised and with pictures that depicted the product to have talc as one of the main ingredients. THEY had an error on their listing and sent the wrong product - NOT the product they advertised. They changed the pictures on their listing online AFTER this issue with my order and they are now claiming that it was not false advertising. They are incredibly dishonest and shady."

"I was born many years ago in Crown Heights in a hospital named St.Mary's which is no longer there. I now live in Florida and used to buy Vo5 hair conditionah here at my Florida Walmart. Now Vo5 is no longer offered at my local Walmart. So I ordered it online and these Good Fellas at Mr. Medical shipped it to me right away. I now have a years supply for 15 bucks. $7.59 a tube at my local drug store! I told that dingbat "$7.59! You sure don't need a gun to hold me up!" I left and went home and found Mr. Medical. 5 stars any way you look at it .5 stars ."
