"Called to get a prescription transferred to this pharmacy and was immediately hung up on without response. I re-called and asked if this was possible again. I was interrupted and then screamed at by the Northside employee who was clearly frustrated from previous attempts to transfer prescriptions (not mine). She was extremely rude considering this was my first interaction with her and I was asking was seemed like a simple question. She said she would NOT call the other pharmacy. I was then told I had to provide her information to the other pharmacy if I wanted to transfer my RX.... Not really sure if this is normal behavior here, maybe it was a bad day but it was a really unpleasant experience that I hope others don't have."
