"It’s really stupid they don’t open on Saturdays, the day their patients DON’T HAVE WORK"
"Three times callen lorde has failed to refill my amlodipine prescription. I take it for hypertension and every time I don’t take, my blood pressure shoots up. Not only that but they have been giving me prep for over a year without scheduling me for blood work (required every 3 months), and the last time I saw my doctor she seemed to have forgotten who I was despite 3 years of seeing her (I followed her from another clinic to callen lorde). They are seriously running some kind of racket, it is a joke. So disorganized."
"Was thankful to find a trans friendly medical center, but this week was a mess. After over a week of calling every available number and emailing, begging for a refill of my prescription, I was out of my medication for days. I left emergency voicemails, called at all hours of the day for days, and only got a response when I called them out on /social media/, and then I IMMEDIATELY got my prescription..."
"Callen-Lorde is the first doctors office I have ever felt comfortable at. Everyone there is amazing and always goes above and beyond to provide the best care possible. Couldn't recommend them enough!"
"Love my psychiatrist and pcp. The staff here is friendly and there is one person who can find my veins on the first try and draw my blood without discomfort. But it’s unbelievably frustrating that you can’t ever get a person on the phone. This has been an ongoing issue for over 6 months. No one picks up and often when I called and left a message, someone would get back to me but often not in time for what I called. It’s also frustrating that all the locations have the same number and it’s not specific to that location."
