"The lady who sells things in the pharmacy here always recommends you to buy things. Even if you come to get medicine, she keeps following you and makes you feel very uncomfortable! The pharmacy department gave you a lot of points tickets a few days ago. Today I went to say that I can't exchange items. The store didn't sell them, so why can't I exchange them? It's unreasonable. This is called laziness, rogue behavior, and a ruffian spirit! Then all stores sell gift cards. After a period of time, they say they can’t use them anymore. Is this reasonable?"
