"They are over charging.customers. I paid over $80 to send a box, priority mail, to GA, which is a 16 hour drive. It took 8 days to arrive to its destination. I went into the post office to let them know and he simply said, priority isn't guaranteed. I would give zero stars for this location but it's not allowed. Now, I drive to Watertown's USPS or I ship UPS."
"The USPS is the backbone of our great nations source of information. Without the USPS we would not be able to send friends and family letters or gifts through the mail. I thank the USPS for their service. Sometimes I get other people mail in my mailbox."
"Not sure what all the bad reviews are for, every time I go a nice older gentleman politely helps me even when I’m unprepared and makes me want to come back if I need to rather than deterring."
"0 stars. Stood in line for 40 minutes and when I finally got to the front, they let four people go in front of me that had been serviced already. I had to leave because I had a meeting. All I needed was a money order."
"This is the second time within a month that my package(s) were delivered to my parcel locker but when I check its not there. The first time the employee forgot to put the key in the locker whoopsie. This second time I'm sure is the same thing yet they are closed for the 4th of July weekend. You would think that the employee would be on their Ps and Qs so issues like this don't arise over the weekend but once again... the lack of being accountable has left me waiting for my long awaited mail."
