"Horrible!!!! They said free delivery well after 4 hours I still didn’t get my order!! I finally cancelled it. I placed the order at 10:30 am they said the delivery guy would get there at 12 o’clock by 12:30 I called and asked where is my order they said he is out delivering orders now. He never came with my order I was left in pain and with hives all over my body I could of made other arrangements but I trusted that they would come. Terrible!!!!"

"I have been going to Nates Pharmacy for over 10 years. Its super simple, Eric, the Head Pharmacist is the Best I have ever encountered. Eric has always been super helpful, and fills my meds with super speed and care. I highly recommend any one who wants the best care and service to use Nates Pharmacy, they truly are the best. Its a Real neighborhood place and they really get to know you!"

"I can’t give zero stars (that needs to become a thing that you can do). Any time they state they are going to deliver my medications I never get it the same day. I’ve been waiting since yesterday for medications I asked to be transferred almost a week or two weeks ago now. So after this I will no longer be doing business with this place. It’s not the pharmacists and technicians that are the issue. It’s the rest of their staff. They lie and don’t do what they claim they’re going to do regarding charges and delivery. Don’t waste your time if you truly have an ill family me ever and expect timely and courtesy service. You’ll drop dead first!"

"I am a Red Hook Resident in the Red Hook area. I have been coming to Nate's Pharmacy to get my RX's filled for more than 3 years. If they do not have your RX on site they will order for you either same or next day pickup they also offer delivery options.The Staff Members are very polite and give excellent Customer Service. I love their extended hours on weekdays and weekends. Keep Up the good work Nate's."
