"While passing through Walterboro my car had a panel start dragging underneath. This was the closest shop and I stopped to ask if they could look at it to take it off or let me use a screw driver to do it myself. The person there wasn’t rude but certainly wasn’t helpful."

I called him in desperation as my family pulled over at a gas station by I-95 with a flashing check engine light and a jittery engine. He talked me through what was probably happening and gave enough information for me to decide what I needed to do. He was straightforward about what he could do and the fact that it might not be fixable in the hour before he closed, but he offered to get us to a hotel if necessary. The necessary parts were in stock, though, so he stayed a bit late to install them. We went from desperate and fearing a missed vacation to on the road in just over 2 hours. As far as we can tell, he is very competent and honest. We recommend him highly."

"I’m in television production on my way home with our live truck when on I-95 my battery light went on, lost power steering and started overheating. It was early evening and everything was closed. All I could do was nurse it to hotel and stay the night. Fortunately for me the hotel I picked was a mile away from Lugnut’s Auto service run by Bill Rogers and his wife. I was there first thing in the morning and he had it right on the lift. It’s an unusual truck since it’s modified for live television production but Bill was able to find the issue (alternator). He promised me baring no further issues he could have me on the road by the end of the day, which he did. Truck ran like a charm the rest of the trip home."
