"They forgot my breadsticks which I paid for. So I called there and just asked for a refund but they would not refund the whole amount I paid for them. They only wanted to give me a $5 credit when they cost $7.49. When I asked for the guys name I was talking to which was the manager by the way he hung up on me. I tried calling back and he picked up and hung up on me again. Over less than $8 that is how they act there. Worse manager I have ever dealt with and the owners I hope see this and teach him the proper way to handle situations. I have never called corporate on anyone before but I did this time. I have always ate at pizza hut but I will never at this location again."

"So usually I go to the pizza hut on the otherside of my area. But they've been running slower as of late. So decided to give this one a chance. The staff was quite friendly and fast!"

"Past 2 times we have ordered we were told 35, minutes. Knowing we are farther out, I understand 45 minutes. They chose to have Door Dash deliver. One time it was almost 1 hour 45 minutes and door dash went to wrong address and now it’s over 1 hour and 15 minutes even though we were told once again 35 minutes. Never ordering from this Pizza Hut again."

"Ordered a Supreme pan pizza with pizza hut who opted to have door dash deliver it. Over an hour and half and we only received a cheese pizza on a cheese stuffed crust. Not right. We called and got a foreigner not from the store. Tried getting the manager at the store but noone answered. Called customer service and got another foreigners. we shall see if we get our money back. We will dispute credit card charge. TERRIBLE way to handle customers. Answer your phone and hire a local to take calls vs having a foreign country handle customer service problems. Do not use pizza hut especially this one. Never get your pizza delivered!"

"Ordered online (9:30am SAT, 9/30/23) before they opened so I would be one of the first to get my order. I waited 3 HOURS with no communication, I called the store and it said it was closed! Although, online and on the APP said it was open AND accepted my order. I then called the Customer Service Satisfaction number to be told to call the store.... I then called the Hut Rewards number to see if I could get my rewards that I used on this order to hear "Sorry we're closed" and be hung up on. I am extremely dissatisfied, and someone needs to rectify this and refund me my rewards (plus some) and ALL of my money back!"
