"CHECK THE BAG!!! I don't give bad reviews often but they never get the order right. It is a repeated offense. The staff is friendly and kind but they have stolen more money from me at this point that it's insane. Something is always missing. And when you check the bag open the boxes. They won't put 2 patties on double burgers and one time even no patties at all, just sauce! Very common occurrence. Be careful. No hate towards the staff but damn...it's never right..."

"By far the dirtiest, most unsanitary McDonald’s I have ever been to….I’ve been several times, with hope that these issues will be addressed, but unfortunately continue to get worse. The drive thru is always packed and business is booming, as options are very limited in Richmond Hill. Because of this, I feel the owners/management do not feel cleanliness and a sanitary eating environment is a necessary priority for customer retention. *Warning,* if your planning to eat inside, use the restroom, play area etc., you will notice one of the most unsanitary environments you’ve ever experience. Sticky floors, flooded and completely trashed bathrooms, dirty tables etc. Sad this is not a top priority to bring customers back to a place you are serving FOOD!"

"We went through drive through, the time was great as far as ordering and getting through to pick up our order. We ordered 2 Quarter pounds with cheese meals and the 40 piece chicken nugget meal special with 2 large fries. We got home and there was no frys at all. So we tried to call the store and it went straight to voice mail, and is still that way the next day..."

"Shout out to the crew working the evening of 9/29/23. Superior customer service...kind, helpful and caring. Food came out quickly and was fresh. Backstory is I was home waiting on out of town visitors whose arrival time getting pushed back. So I ended up doing a close to closing online curbside order. When I got there, it has been canceled due to the time. They were amazing! Applied my deal discount and worked fast to get order together. I asked gentleman at window for his name to give a good review. He gave it to me, but said please don't name him, but to give credit to the whole crew. Wow. Outstanding young man. So you know who you are...thank you, anonymous employee. You'll command respect wherever you go if you keep that attitude!!!"

"This place is going downhill so fast it’s ridiculous. There’s obviously a major leak and for almost a hour, no one came to put a bucket down or nothing. Just let it pour in the kids area where kids are running around. Many young kids behind the register and in the back just standing around and no one bothered to wipe a table. The playground is gross too…. There was a time where this place actually had a manager that cared. This is so disappointing…"
