"They recommended clip-ons they told me in email message would be "perfect fit" for frames I specified. The clip-ons would not even begin to fit on my frames. A refund was promised for return. I returned clip-ons immediately. Two weeks later, no refund had been issued nor had any word been received from company. I knew from tracking number that company had received the return. I had to file dispute with credit card company to get refund. Not in any way recommended."

"I ordered a couple of pairs of clip-ons for my 1032 Brooks Brothers glasses and submitted the wrong size, my mistake. I contacted OP by email, they responded right away. I sent the sunglasses back with a diagram of my lenses and they continually contacted me by email. I also added 4 more pairs to the order which they made sure my order was correct by contact, which really impressed me in that getting it right mattered to them. OP is very punctual, and diligent. when I received the new clip-ons they fit perfect they look great and work well, the design holds to my glasses firmly and the shape is perfect.
