"I was charged for a service they never completed. Soon as I drove off my check engine light came back on. I immediately turned back around and went back for them to tell me the car is okay to drive and they would call me back within the week. Never got a call back. I had to call several times and go up there several times to follow up. Darrell the manager just continued to give me the run around so I asked to speak to someone over him and he stated there’s no one over him. I ended up taking them to court and was awarded my money back and for court fees. This company is STILL giving me the run around and STILL haven’t paid me the money owed. They are trying to force me to sign a document, when the court has stated I rightfully won and the money is owed to me, and I DO NOT HAVE TO SIGN anything. Now I have to go back to court and file more paperwork because they STILL aren’t trying to do the right thing."

"Made an appointment for 8am, my appointment was for a diagnostic only. got there 2 min til. Went to work realizing it’s 1pm and no call. So I called him to check on my car. He said he hadn’t gotten to it yet(now I’m confused) So I waited until 3pm and I went up there(and it’s still sitting in the same spot I left it in) I asked the manager act like he didn’t know what was going on( mind you I gave him the keys and talked to him this morning) what’s the freaking point in making a dang appointment if it doesn’t matter and you’ll take walkins before the appointments. I guess I should have stayed and babysat so maybe it would get done. Very unprofessional today! Horrible Horrible business today…..Sir you don’t want I had to do today. Just a big load of wasted dang time!!!! Will never be back!!!"

"I have been there a couple of times. The guy is very nice, although he gave me the wrong diagnosis and charged me over a hundred bucks. Simply convinced me that it was because my engine oil was low that I changed just 2 months ago. After a week my alternator died and it was that caused the initial issue. It is hard to get a nice and knowledgeable mechanic."
