"Very bad service the girl that was attending was very rude just because I asked why the chocolate was ringing 6.49 when it says 2.15 and she asked me very seriously it’s 6.49 do you want it or not she went and verified the price and said it was an error so do you want it or not I said yes but it should be at 2.15 and she said do you want it or not at 6.49 and she left me on one cashier and left to the other cashier to pass everyone by me and left me there unattended when I wasn’t even in the line for 1 min. Clients coming out saying you are right. Still waited and she came back with a lot of attitude telling me that she was not going to Honor me the price so I said ok charge me the rest when I see a white female who identified herself as the manager but did not want to hear me just her employee and said she is my best employee and I said fine that’s great but it’s a mistake that should be fixed and your employee attitude was not the best for the mistake being by the store and not me and the girl said oh also she took a picture of me and I said oh yes I did because Pilot company should know what happens in their stores… at this point I noticed that the girl was very angry so I said please charge me the rest and the white lady took my items and the cashier took my items and said don’t you dare ring her up because she was very rude and nasty and spoke nasty also she is just doing this because she is white and I am black and my Pastor said what??? no she did was not rude, and a client said she was not even loud and she was right asking for a price that was put wrong and I said what are you talking about my husband is black that doesn’t even make scene, so at this point the manager said with a scared face sorry I will not be able to charge you your items and I left, This is very sad because Pilot is one of my favorite gas station and this experience just was out of control if that is her best employee what else do they have as employees I don’t carry a halo over my head but I was very polite and nice just asking for a price that was not right. I’m would like someone to contact me about this because this was very disrespectful. I have proof of the price onz to proof I was not lying. People should not bring personal problems to work because there was no need for her to get so upset out of nowhere."

"Best ever my bed was made room was ready when I arrived sheets turned down with a pillow mint on the pillow. Just how I like it. Staff was phenomenal. The shower was going and Hot ready for me when I was ready. With a fresh, hot, dry towel hung neatly next to the door. The masseuse was tied up all night, however, was easily able to work me in between smoke breaks could tell she was very well trained. Plus they had all the accessories I needed for my lighter in and out. Breakfast was great. served bedside. This is a very funny review."

"We stopped for gas at the Pilot Center while traveling on I-26. We got coffee from the Pilot side which was very good. Hate weak coffee. They also offered many snack foods including prepackaged cakes, boiled peanuts, cold drinks and more. There was a Dairy Queen and Cinnabon section as well as a Wendy’s. We ordered a Dave’s Double Burger and a Cheese and Bacon topped Baked Potato. Both were delicious. If you are in need of any of these things while traveling, it’s worth the stop."

"8/2021 My experience was well actually. The cashier made my day. She was genuinely nice and I could tell she likes interacting with people. She was nice the whole time and very helpful. Overall the store looked great. I got something to eat and hit the road."
