"Had to get a battery for my van,young man was very courteous,he checked my battery for me,to be sure it needed replacing,he had to get another piece of equipment, cause it wouldn't restart for him to check it with the other equipment he had already got to check my battery,he was very helpful,he installed the new battery for me,he was very pleasant,hate I didn't have any extra money to give him for helping me. "What is the point of offering free battery charging and testing? If that’s not something you’re going to do I will literally drive past this location to go to the 12th St. location because they are just trash. Customer service is horrible every single time and the tall slender man that works in the morning he’s got a horrible attitude and talks very degrading to women. I’m sorry I’ve worked at advanced auto parts and I work on cars so he’s got the wrong one."
