"The true measure of a business is when things go wrong. Mistakes happen but how a business reacts reveals character. My daughter sent an important package using Mailbox Cafe. A mistake was made and the package, intended for FedEx, was accidentally put in with USPS mail. This resulted in over a week delay where the location of the package was completely unknown. It eventually found its way back to FedEx and was delivered many days past its original target. But what was impressive was how the Mailbox Cafe manager treated me during all this. He seemed genuinely sorry and to actually care about the status of the package. Several weeks after the package was eventually delivered he issued me a refund of the original delivery charges along with a written letter apologizing for the mistake and thanking me for my business. FANTASTIC! Now that is how you create a customer for life! Everybody makes mistakes, but not everybody follows them up with action to back up their words. This was so appreciated. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mailbox Cafe!"
