The UPS Store

"Google says they’re open on Sunday, but when you get to the store, SURPRISE, they’re closed. A sign says the website is wrong. Seems to me that should be an easy fix. Additionally, last month I needed to overnight something to Puerto Rico, but they said their system that allows them to ship there had been down for months and that corporate was not fixing this issue for them. Went to another UPS location on Old Trolley and they had no issue with it. Gamble as you may by going to this place."

"This site advertises on Google that they are open until 3:00 PM on Sundays, but they are not. I had planned my day around the advertised store hours only to be told by a neighboring store they were closed. They said they have told the owner about it as customers often mention my very same experience but “she” doesn’t change the publicized hours open on Google."

"They are terrible at Amazon returns. AVOID THEM. I came with a box ready to ship and they asked me for $5 cash to tape the box. I felt like I was asked to bribe them to ship my box. I drove home and taped the box myself. Then I came back and they told me I had the wrong type of box and told me I would have to pay $25 to ship the box back to Amazon. Do not trust these people with your returns. Terrible service."

"Listed as open on Sunday til 3pm. Drove 10 miles to find them closed! Only accessible via door combo to retrieve your mail from their rental boxes inside the lobby. I suggested an edit to their hours. We'll see if it gets changed. Edit: 1/2/24. I just rechecked Google info to find they're still showing open on Sunday til 3pm. So, if they're closed, they still haven't changed their hours..... your gamble."

"Wish I had read other reviews before having package delivered to this location. I have picked up DOZENS of packages at multiple other locations, and have NEVER been charged an additional fee. These crooks charged me $5 to pick up - after I had paid FULL shipping through the company who shipped my item. Folks are correct about the nickel and diming!!!!"
