Chick-fil-A

"All menu items I have ordered in the past great, great flavor etc etc. I cannot believe though they are unable to make a salad order properly, they will throw a right out of the pan grilled fillet on top of the salad just for you to find out when you get home you have steamed lettuce salad. I wouldn’t have written this review if it hadn’t happened several times in the past and I thought, well it is ok, no worries anyone can mess up from time to time. Don’t get me wrong, I love Chick-fil-A but this particular branch have not figured out their salads. Cold grilled fillets are probably not very common in the area and that’s why they do not have them ready but at least listen to the client when they tell you: I can wait 10 minutes for the fillet to be ready but can you please put it on the side in another container? Thankfully, I checked before I left, I told the guy at the line that I ordered the fillet on the side and it was inside the salad piping hot and steaming the lettuce. He said something like: is that ok though? So I knew he was not going to help me, went inside and they didn’t offer to change the salad or anything they just gave me $10 back. Very unlike the general Chick-fil-A kind hosts I am used to. I guess things change and need to get used to this."

"So I'm currently going through Chemo, so a friend of mine who is 3 hours away ordered dinner for my family tonight. I told her i would pick it up because my son's daycare is near by and I wanted it fresh. Not only did we eat good, we have enough for tomorrow. Abigail, Alyssa, and Rachel, I just love yall. Not only did they give exceptional service, the team prayed for me, and gave us brownies and cookies for dessert. This is the same Chick Fil A my daughter worked for in 2019 that fed us for a month when she was released from the hospital. Her management team checked on her everyday. I am forever grateful ❤️."

"Went through the drive thru with my daughter and 2 grandchildren. Thought that there would be better menu boards to look at while in the long line, lunch was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be. Drives need to be better marked as some drivers think that they should always be first."

"Normally I love it but the size of the sandwich I got tonight is ridiculous. I got a spicy, my faucet a regular and both are the size of chicken biscuits. Not worth the price. I won't be back if this is what I can expect."

"Fast service kind folks! Good food. Every fast food in Summerville needs to take note on how to provide fast decent customer service! Popeyes, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Burger King and other fast food restaurants have been a nightmare when ordering food at the drive thru. This place is fast and workers actually work versus my fast experience where kids aren’t working, on their phones or fooling around."
