"The Customer service was very polite when the oil that was offered I Did not want because Pennzoil is known to be bad on car engines the manager called the auto parts store and got the oil that I usually put in my car and he did it all with a smile never getting flustered or upset cause of me just knows what I like and what I put in my car. So I say all that to say this at the end of the day I was satisfied with my experience at the jiffy Lube on Washington Rd., Augusta, GA I will refer people to this establishment and I definitely will be to do business which war at this establishment thank you Jiffy Lube and I didn’t get the managers name but thank you as well sir GOD BLESS"
