The UPS Store

"Online searches, the Ft Jackson Main Exchange location website, and the UPS website all list the hours incorrectly as of 2Feb24. This photo was taken on Friday 2Feb in the exchange at 1430, after much research had stated they'd be open until 1800. Obviously not the case. Phone calls are never answered so don't bother trying that method before heading over."

"Standing at the closed door, looking at the “will return at 1:30” sign. It is now 1:40 and nobody is in sight to open. This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve experienced this at this store. Pitiful is my best rating. Now, it is 1:50 and nobody is here."

"I had to go to the UPS store to drop off something at the Fort Jackson Main Exchange but because of an error on my part, I had to return to correct the problem. For both times, Sterling was there and she was super friendly and super helpful, not just to me but also to the customer ahead of me. She is quite an asset to the store and because of her, I would more likely conduct my business at this UPS store than at other locations. We need more people like Sterling and I wanted to take this time to let you know what a wonderful employee you have. I just wanted to bring this to your attention because she deserves to be recognized."
