"Izzy and Ashley made my experience at the UPS store a breeze when I went to go deliver a package to my grandson in california. They answered all my questions about insuring the package and even told me about their printing services. A great experience and I will continue to come here for all my shipping needs."
"Went in to get something notarized. First thing we noticed was a very foul odor like someone deficated right out front. But we needed to get something notarized so we waited. Get up to the counter and ask to have something notarized. Ben was at the counter. He was very rude and short and just said" they are in line you have to wait over there." As he pointed to another couple in another line. We moved over and waited in the other line. At this point my three year old who is potty training said he had to go to the bathroom. I asked Ben if their was a bathroom he could use. And he just said "No!" In a very rude way. I stated that my child was going to pee himself and pee on the floor. He said go next door. Im not doing business next door. Im doing business here so their should be no reason for me to have to take a 3 year old to another business to use the bathroom. My wife got frustrated and just took him next door. Immediately after she left Yame said that he could in fact go in the back to go to the bathroom. I informed her that my wife had already taken him next door. But I appreciated her kindness un like Ben's. Yame was very kind and courteous and I appreciated how she handled the situation. However Ben should not work with the public. He obviously has absolutely no empathy and doesnt care about how his customers feel. The entire time we were there he had a I hate this place look on his face. I hope that he can find some level of hapiness in his life so he doesnt have to take his frustrations with his life out on little kids who just need to go pee. I left a 2 star because Yame was great. If it wasnt for her it would be a 1 star review. My suggestions; first and foremost put Ben in a position where he does not speak to customers or in no position at all. Promote Yame she deserves a raise and a promotion. Put up signs so people who arent sending packages can clearly see where they need to wait so they dont crowd the wrong line. And last but most importantly never, and I repeat never tell a 3 year old they cant use the bathroom."
"Gavin and Ashley made my shipping experience quick and easy! Gavin was very friendly. He ensured to provide me with all my shipping options and helped me understand the differences between them."
