"The person that shipped my package acted as if they were doing a good job. WRONG!!!. the lady put the incorrect street on label and even left the UNIT # off number off of the shipping address. There are 2500 units at this address I sent a package from Irmo, SC to myself in Salt Lake City, Utah. Even the RETURN address was labeled incorrectly . Wrong street address for the package and wrong return address as well. Seems she knew that my stuff was going to be loss forever with her antics. Silly me trusted that she labeled them as she was directed. I did NOT check behind her, trusting that my $126.00 shipping cost would have landed me a CORRECT LABEL. I didn't even get at least on one of address labels of the 4 labels that show an address on either of the two boxes send. Translates to 4 incorrect labels on 2 boxes. Want to ship with a sure STRIKEOUT??? ask these guys to handle your shipping. Keep your tracking number close,, you will need it you ship from this UPS Store."
"The two gentlemen are very polite, usually are when I go there. The “Frances” woman has attitude all over her face. She doesn’t greet you she just stares at you as if she hates her job, takes the boxes doesn’t speak one word even if you speak to her first. She should choose another line of work besides “customer service” if she doesn’t enjoy dealing with customers"
"The person working that day was not able to fully explain why my package was going to cost an extra $10.00 to ship. However the Manager came up as he always does and help with the matter, even suggestion that it would be cheaper for this one address to me to use the USPO. I opted to go ahead and pay the $10.00. I trust UPS."
"This was my first time going to this location. They were respectful and nice to me but my package was wasn’t ship until TWO days later. Monday afternoon the printing label machine was unplug somehow and took forever to come up. The man said it was going to take a while so after waiting some time I left my number and email just in case something happens. Well I called this morning (Wednesday) to find out that it was a problem and they needed me to send another copy of the label again. I left my info just it case something happens but I had to call them! No one called me so that makes me think if I hadn’t call when was they going to call me? I didn’t get a tracking number or anything. It needed to be ship the day I went, not two days later. Now because of weather it’s even more delay and it was suppose to be at the destination by a time frame. Don’t think I will be coming back to this locations. But I did appreciate the help and they weren’t rude."
"I have never received such poor customer service in my life except when dealing with the older lady with blonde hair at this location. This has happened on numerous occasions. She clearly does not enjoy working here and should re-evaluate her job. I have shown up to this store several different times around 10-15 minutes before their closing time and she either is in the store with the door locked ignoring you, or she is locking the door saying "We're closed" in the rudest tone of voice. I have also been ignored by her several times when coming into the store while she finished shuffling some boxes around. I understand if you're busy and need to finish a task, but at least greet someone. I come from the customer service industry and would die if any of my team members treated a customer the way she has repeatedly."
