Domino's Pizza

"YOUR EMPLOYEES(shift lead to be specific) Katelyn is rude as hell!! My mom shannen was a former employee( General Manager) there for years so she onows how the specials work. She called to modify our online order and was very polite and she hung up the phone and canceled our order. My mother proceeded to call back and was put on hold for 35 minutes so i called and got an answer. Katelyn was put on the phone and said we were disrespectful which is false and said we were not to be giving service through them again and then hung up the phone on me! Very disrespectful and rude service and the employees need some manners! We love dominos and its sad that we placed an order with Pizza hut after our order had been cancelled from dominos and had it delivered within 25 minutes while we were still on hold with dominos."

"When I walked in to place an order yesterday, no one acknowledged that I was in the building - until a delivery driver walked in. She said "Hi, have you been helped." When I told her no, and that I hadn't been acknowledged after being in the building for about 3 minutes. She dropped what she had in her hands and took my order. She said that it would be 20 minutes. I went outside and waited 25 minutes. I then returned inside, to get my order. While in the building, I witnessed a worker with short red hair run her hand through her hair. Then stick her hands into the cheese while making a pizza. I also noticed that none of the pizza makers were wearing gloves. I won't be back to this establishment. I used to go there quite often."

"Ordered online and my food was quickly started. Arrived at the location and needed to wait, not a big deal. The problem is that there are no places to sit while you wait. I'm disabled and need to sit, can't do that at this store."

"The canned tomatoes or the marinara sauce was spoiled. My mom & I had 2 pcs, but after tasting them, they went down the garbage disposal. I called the store to let them know to check their items for freshness. They said, "Okay," and hung up. I felt like what I said was ignored. So, I am posting this, so if anyone else gets pizza today and gets sick, they will know that the store was notified at 11.24 am. I don't even feel like they took me seriously. The wings and cake were awesome. I spent over $60 because I got alot of toppings. I just hope no one gets sick after I told them to check it."

"The worse dominos pizza i have ever had i couldnt even eat the pizza from how cold it was took them over an hour and a half to deliver my pizza to get here cold..wish i could give this negative stars but definitely will spread the word of how bad of service it is"
