"The website says "Free battery testing and installation." Bought a battery. They didn't offer to change it and had to ask them if they were going to install it. They clearly didn't want to. They have this small, insufficient tool kit they brought out and at the first little bit of effort told me that they could not change the battery because of a little bit of corrosion. I believe the young man helping me was willing to try to help but when he needed another tool and went in to get it the manager told him that they could not change the battery out. I returned the battery and while returning it I asked the manager about it and he got aggravated over a simple question. Not surprising since every time I go in there they have never been very nice with a sort of attempt to be intimidating counter sales. Never again. I went across the street, was greeted with a smile and had a pleasant experience. New battery installed with proper battery terminal cleaning and I am back rolling. Chose wisely small town Grovetown."

"I try very hard to give positive reviews with that being said let me say O'Reilly advertisers if you purchase a headlamp bulb from them they will change it out my wife walks in the store today there's three employees there the older manager white dude and and a Black dude my wife pays for the headlamp bulb $44 Lynn walk outside to the car the guy says it sure is hot out today..then ask my wife to raise the hood he then looks at my wife and says sorry ma'am but I can't change it today?? So not only do they overcharged for their parts they lie to their customers this is a bald-faced lie they advertise they will change the bulb if you pay for it she paid for it and the man lies to her because it was too hot for him. I'm done doing business with you guys... I can't believe that y'all telling bald-faced lie to your customers. I will do everything in my power to stop people from spending money at this store.. you guys should not lie... And the reason I don't change it myself and I'm legally Blind."
