"Pharmacy sucks and can't leave a star less than one. Booked an appointment well in advance and have been waiting in the lobby for almost 30 minutes past my appointment time even after arriving early to check in... I feel like garbage and now have to go ask if they've forgotten about me, SMH. Definitely will be going elsewhere when I need services in the future. Update: Almost 30 minutes to the minute after my appointment time did they call me up just to tell me insurance doesn't cover the test and that I'd have to pay $20. Then they proceeded to tell me to go wait longer.."

It's a shame because it's a very clean store in a central location but when there are so many shortcomings one should question whether or not they should be at Walgreens or the CVS across the street."
"Do not get your flu shot here. Make you set up an appointment due to short staff and even then you will still wait an hour before they see you. This place is literally 50x worse than s dmv. Can’t believe this is a for profit store. Literally get government-run vibes. Absolute trash."
"The store staff are usually friendly and helpful, but the pharmacy is pathetic. I get there's staffing shortages and demands are high, but a little customer service goes a long way. Instead, you can call them, wait for about 20 minutes and then the phone will just magically be hung up on you. It's great."
