"I recently wanted to get my 1969 Camaro SS front end aligned and chose to make the appointment with Royson’s. As one can imagine I am ver particular with this car that I’ve owned for 23 years. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with their work and in particular the care that they showed my car. I’ve heard others complain about other auto places over car issue repairs I’ve had and the prices were outrages. I highly recommend Royson’s. Also everyone that works there is really nice."

"REPLY TO OWNER: I will be happy to call and speak to someone about my issue. I don't see a reason to bash your business over my 1st experience when ALL mechanics are very busy and backed up at the moment. I tried to see 4 before coming there and was told it could be a week before they could look at it. I was personally disappointed by the lack of interest in why I was there. Maybe the issue could have been found if a little information on what the car was doing was asked of me. I understand the lady at the desk is the owners wife, but she seemed borhered and not very friendly or engaging. Maybe she was having a bad day. It happens. That's why I am, again, not bashing the business. Maybe I was there on an already busy, not so good day. I did end up getting my car fixed, and that's what matters but I was hoping to find a good reliable mechanic other than the dealership(which is where it ended up being fixed) for all future needs."
