"The fees are ridiculous. I didn’t know there were stipulations for the advance fee. That was the ONLY reason I went. I used Turbo tax and got the same amount as HRBlock. My preparer was great she did explain everything to me. However to get the advance you must have to have A+ credit and I know my score is not bad at all. What a disappointment. Next time I’ll go back to Turbo Tax."
