"These ladies were prompt and professional. They explained the process to me and about how long it would take to complete my documents. I retrieved my documents once they went over with me line by line paid a very economical fee and was out in no time. I will be referring this company to my friends and family. You have a new returning customer. Thank you ladies for your great customer service."

"This "company" is just a mother and daughter who don't know how to perform notary services. My documents were full of one lines from mistakes, it took over an hour to complete, and was egregiously over priced. No price was given up front, so I assumed a standard fee of $5/page. When they told me I was supposed to pay them $150 for 9 pages of notary service, I refused, to which they responded by calling the police on me for "stealing their services." I explained to them that I wouldn't take the notarized documents with me and requested that they shred them, which they refused to do. These documents had my bank account #, my routing #, name, phone, address, dob, social, and other personal information, and they still refused to shred my documents. Who knows what they were going to do with them. Thankfully, the police arrived and moderated the exchange, until they finally shredded my documents in the presence of the officers. I went to the UPS store right afterwards and spent the standard $5/page and was in an out in less than 20 minutes. This company is a scam, do not go to them, do not contact them. I will be monitoring my credit report closely because I am truly scared they kept my information -- they kept saying that my personal information was already recorded in their "book." This is actually terrifying that a "company" is allowed to operate this way."
